We have added high quality cinnamon to our pure maple syrup, making it taste like French toast in a bottle!
It takes an average of 43 gallons of sap to make one gallon of syrup. We just boil out most of the water. All our syrup is gluten and dairy free.

Did you know that it is great in tea or coffee as a natural sweetener? You can use it to cook, or as a light drizzle on desserts, like apple pie, or vanilla ice cream. You can put it in oatmeal, yogurt, marinate meats and make salad dressings. The list goes on!
