2.8 oz Pure Maple Sugar
Maple sugar is simply maple syrup that has had all of the moisture heated and whipped out of it. There is nothing added to it. It's gluten and dairy free.
It's a great substitute for white and brown sugar, especially in the baking world!
You can put it in tea or coffee, on toast, popcorn, cereal, vegetables, steaks, bacon, ice cream, oatmeal, yogurt... The list goes on!
